Returns of unused product are accepted within thirty days from the date you receive the merchandise.
We will accept returns of all unopened, unused products. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to us. Once received, we will credit your original payment method. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to report the damaged items. We will reship immediately and arrange for the shipping company to pick up the damaged item.
At Dominican House Of Beauty we take pride in shipping your products safely to your door and will often tape the flip top lid closed to prevent the product bottle from spilling during shipment.
All products returned must be 100% complete and in original packaging. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
A return will be refused and Dominican House Of Beauty Return Policy will not be honored if
1. A return received by us is improperly packaged or physically damaged
2. The Return Label on this page is not on the outside of the returned package
3. Return is not received within 30 days from the invoice date
4. Package is shipped to us freight collect
All returns accepted will be inspected and tested upon receipt. Any discrepancies including, but not limited to, the following list will result in the package being returned to the customer and credit or replacement NOT issued.
1. Return form is not signed or not included with the package
2. Products which are not 100% complete or without original packaging
3. Products which have been altered or modified in any way.
